Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) Location: Santa Clara, CA

Position Summary We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide evaluation, intervention, and consultative services to students with physical, sensory, developmental, and functional needs. The OT will collaborate with students, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational participation and IEP goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct OT evaluations and re-evaluations and prepare evaluation reports.
  • Provide direct, small-group, and classroom-based therapy.
  • Develop interventions targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and functional skills.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.
  • Recommend adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and environmental modifications.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and ensure compliance with IDEA and district requirements.
  • Provide consultation and training to school staff and families.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current California Occupational Therapist license.
  • NBCOT certification.
  • Experience with evaluations, therapy planning, and IEP processes preferred.
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
