We are urgently hiring 2 Full-Time Special Education Teachers (SPEDs) for a dedicated contract assignment.

Compensation & Logistics: • Hourly Pay Structure: $45.00 - $60.00 hour (W2 Contract Role) • W2 Advantage: Fully protected W2 employment status with taxes withheld automatically—no 1099 tax liability surprises. • Pay Frequency: Reliable, structured bi-monthly pay cycles managed directly by ATX Learning. • Guaranteed Hours: Consistent full-time hours matching the school's standard operational calendar (37.5 to 40 hours/week).

Core Focus Areas: • Provide specialized, evidence-based instruction tailored to student IEP profiles within an inclusive learning model. • Direct the development, implementation, and compliance tracking of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). • Partner alongside general education faculty to seamlessly integrate accommodations and instructional modifications. • Maintain highly accurate educational records, lead ARD/IEP committee meetings, and keep families informed of developmental milestones.

Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or an education-related discipline. • Valid Texas SBEC Special Education Teaching Certificate (or a verifiable out-of-state credential actively qualifying for Texas reciprocity). • Practical knowledge of IDEA regulations, IEP software, and positive behavioral intervention strategies.
