Au2vest er en virksomhed i rivende vækst og har allerede afdelinger i Tåstrup og Køge. Vi starter nu en ny afdeling i Frederikssund, og søger derfor efter en værkfører.

Vil du stå i spidsen for den daglige drift og være med til at opbygge en ny afdeling? Vi søger en værkfører, der kan skabe struktur, sikre kvalitet og få både opgaver og samarbejde til at fungere i vores nye skades- og rustbeskyttelsescenter.

Om stillingen

Som værkfører får du en central rolle i vores nye afdeling i Frederikssund. Du bliver den første som kunderne møder, og en stor del af din hverdag bliver derfor at yde strålende kundebehandling. Du skal planlægge og koordinere arbejdet, støtte medarbejderne i hverdagen og sikre, at opgaverne bliver løst effektivt og med høj faglig kvalitet.

Dine opgaver bliver blandt andet at:

  • Planlægge og fordele afdelingens daglige opgaver.
  • Tage imod kunderne med et smil.
  • Lede og motivere medarbejderne.
  • Følge op på kvalitet, tidsfrister og sikkerhed.
  • Bidrage med teknisk sparring og praktisk problemløsning.
  • Opbygge gode arbejdsgange i den nye afdeling.

Vi søger dig, der:

  • Har erfaring inden for branchen.
  • Kan bevare overblikket og prioritere i en travl hverdag.
  • Kommunikerer tydeligt og skaber et godt samarbejde.
  • Tager ansvar og har lyst til at sætte dit præg på en afdeling under opbygning.
