Ein im Familienbesitz stehendes oberösterreichisches Bauunternehmen, welches in allen Bereichen als renommierter Partner am Bau gilt, sucht zur Verstärkung seines Teams für den Standort Wien 1 Polier/in

in Wien, Eintritt ab sofort

Qualifikationen

- Positiver Abschluss einer Polier-/Bauhandwerksschule und/oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

- Erfahrung mit Theodoliten von Vorteil

- Erfahrung mit MS Office und Auer Success von Vorteil

- Verantwortungsbewusste, teamfähige Persönlichkeit

- Führerschein B

- Entsprechende Einsatzfreude, Flexibilität und Leistungsbereitschaft

- Fundiertes Wissen über die Abwicklung von Wohnbau- und Generalunternehmerbaubaustellen

Aufgabenbereich

- Führen des Baustellenteams

- Unterstützung der Bauleitung

- Baustelleneinrichtung- und Organisation

- Koordination des Maschinen-, Material- und Arbeitskräfteeinsatzes

- Vermessungsarbeiten mit Dichtometer

- Führung Berichtswesen

- Koordination der Nachunternehmer
