Descripción del empleo

El Coordinador de Reservaciones de Grupos al Director de Área de Reservas

Deberes y Responsabilidades

  • Contestar llamadas de grupos de reservaciones de una manera cortés y manteniendo la etiqueta telefónica
  • Revisión de bloqueos de acuerdo al contrato
  • Proporcionar la información requerida a gerentes de grupos y reservaciones.
  • Revisar que notas y tarifas en toda reservación existente estén correctamente añadidas de acuerdo a contrato.
  • Enviar notificación de contratos confirmados a Reservaciones, detallando las instrucciones para el correcto ingreso en sistema.
  • Apoyar en reportes de estado de bloqueo y pick up de grupos
  • Realizar auditorías de revisión de inventarios y bloqueos correctos
  • Apoyar en otras tareas, incluyendo entrenamientos, de acuerdo a lo instruido por la Gerencia.
  • Atender a las juntas de revisión de grupos
  • Proporcionar rooming lists de acuerdo a su requisición

Requisitos

  • Debe estar dispuesto a trabajar un horario flexible para llevar a cabo todas las tareas y responsabilidades.
  • Debe tener siempre actitud positiva y motivadora transmitiendo a colaboradores y huéspedes.
  • Debe tener conocimiento total en el área.
  • Debe mostrar profesionalismo y estar orientado al servicio de Lujo.
  • Debe trabajar de manera segura, prudente y organizada
  • Debe ser capaz de trabajar en equipo y relacionarse con los diferentes niveles manteniendo una relación cordial y afectuosa con todos los colaboradores.
  • Español e Inglés Avanzado Oral y Escrito
  • Licenciatura o equivalente a experiencia.
