Descripción del empleo

Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con profesionales de viajes, planificadores de grupos y todos los miembros de los departamentos de ventas y operaciones para aumentar y gestionar reservas individuales.. El puesto debe brindar un servicio al cliente superior, gestionar múltiples prioridades al mismo tiempo y aportar valor y apoyo al equipo de ventas del área. El individuo actuará como enlace en la propiedad para el equipo de ventas creando contratos, rotaciones, servicios, realizando inspecciones del sitio, informes de ventas y coordinación general para el equipo de ventas remoto.

Deberes y Responsabilidades:

  • Debe poseer un amplio conocimiento de todos los aspectos de las operaciones hoteleras de alto nivel, con fuerte énfasis en ventas y reservas.
  • Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y recibir instrucciones de múltiples gerentes.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente, eficaz y eficiente.
  • Disponible para planificar y realizar visitas al sitio con los clientes.
  • Las habilidades superiores de servicio al cliente son esenciales.
  • Pensador emprendedor y capaz de resolver problemas.
  • Capacidad para comunicarse clara y eficazmente en inglés tanto de forma verbal como escrita.
  • Excelentes habilidades de gestión del tiempo.
  • Se requieren fuertes habilidades organizativas.
  • Apariencia y comportamiento profesional.
  • Al menos tres años de experiencia trabajando en capacidad de ventas de hoteles.
  • Se valorará el conocimiento de Delphi, CVENT, Opera y Google Suite.
  • Conocimiento práctico de reservas y sistemas de ventas y catering.
  • Conocimiento de contratos en la industria hotelera, incluidos consorcios y OTA.

  • Debe estar dispuesto a trabajar un horario flexible para llevar a cabo todas las tareas y responsabilidades.
  • Debe tener siempre actitud positiva y motivadora transmitiendo a colaboradores y huéspedes.
  • Debe tener conocimiento total en el área.

  • Debe ser capaz de trabajar en equipo y relacionarse con los diferentes niveles manteniendo una relación cordial y afectuosa con todos los colaboradores.
  • Inglés Avanzado Oral y Escrito.
  • Licenciatura o equivalente a experiencia.
