A tua Missão:

O Operacional de Loja é responsável por garantir um atendimento de excelência ao cliente e efetuar a reposição dos artigos de forma eficiente e eficaz, assegurando a qualidade do produto. Contribui ativamente para a prestação de um serviço de excelência ao Cliente, melhorando a experiência geral de compra e a eficiência operacional da loja.

O que esperamos de ti:

1. Atendimento

  • Atendimento de Qualidade: Assegurar um atendimento de qualidade em todas as áreas da loja, seja na reposição, balcão ou caixa.
  • Relação Cliente: Promover um relacionamento de proximidade e confiança com o cliente, seguindo o modelo de atendimento em vigor e os procedimentos estabelecidos.

2. Aprovisionamento

  • Correção de Stocks: Realizar a correção diária de stocks incorretos para contribuir para a fiabilidade dos mesmos

3. Comércio e Operações de Loja

  • Reposição e Organização de Produtos: Efetuar a reposição e organização dos produtos nos lineares, garantindo a sua correta exposição.
  • Apoio ao Cliente: Acompanhar e orientar o cliente na loja, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre produtos, preços, entre outras.
  • Produção e Atendimento em o Balcão de Gastronomia: Realizar a produção diária de artigos conforme o mapa de produção, e efetuar o atendimento no balcão.
  • Atendimento em Caixa: Realizar o atendimento em caixa de acordo com o modelo de atendimento estabelecido, garantindo todos os procedimentos de registo, cobrança, venda sugestiva e fidelização de clientes.
  • Controlo de Qualidade e Segurança Alimentar: Verificar a validade e a qualidade dos produtos, cumprindo as normas de segurança alimentar e higiene.
  • Registo de Controlo: Efetuar o preenchimento de registos HACCP, rastreabilidade e medição de temperaturas.
  • Limpeza e Organização: Realizar diariamente as tarefas atribuídas de limpeza, desinfeção, arrumação da loja e separação de resíduos.

4. Outras Responsabilidades

  • Cumprir com outras responsabilidades que venham a ser claramente identificadas, necessárias à prossecução dos objetivos da Organização.
