Die Planium-Gruppe, ein Portfoliounternehmen von AUCTUS Capital Partners, ist mit ihren aktuell 7 operativen Einheiten eine stark wachsende und mittelständisch geprägte Gruppe, welche ihren Kunden einen gewerkeübergreifenden Planungsansatz (von Beratung über Machbarkeitsstudien, der Architektur sowie Fachplanung bis hin zum Projektmanagement und -Controlling unter einem starken Fokus von ESG und Nachhaltigkeit) bietet. Auch künftig setzt Planium den Wachstumskurs über organische Entwicklung (neue Mitarbeiter, neue Standorte, vertriebliche Synergien) sowie insbesondere strategische Expansionsmöglichkeiten im Zuge von Fusionen und Übernahmen (M&A) fort.

Daher suchen wir dich als Junior CFO (m/w/d), um das Wachstum der Planium-Gruppe maßgeblich mitzugestalten und dich mittelfristig in die kaufmännische Gesamtverantwortung für die Gruppe zu entwickeln.

Standort: Werftstraße, Düsseldorf (hybrides Arbeitsmodell möglich)

DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Aktives Mitwirken in allen kaufmännischen Themen (operativ sowie strategisch) in der Planium-Holding
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung des laufenden Finanz- und Performance-Reportings gegenüber Geschäftsführung, Gesellschaftern und Finanzierungspartnern
  • Verantwortung des Controllings und Steuerung der Konsolidierung der Gruppengesellschaften
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der Finanzorganisation, insbesondere durch Digitalisierung und Standardisierung der Finanzprozesse
  • Verantwortung für den Planungs-, Budgetierungs- und Forecasting-Prozess einschließlich Liquiditätsplanung
  • Finanzielle Begleitung von Add-on-Akquisitionen, von der Due Diligence bis zur Integration neuer Gesellschaften
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem CEO der Planium-Gruppe und Rolle als zentraler Sparringspartner für AUCTUS

DEINE PERSPEKTIVE:

  • Übernahme der vollen CFO-Verantwortung innerhalb von 1–2 Jahren in einem stark wachstumsorientierten Umfeld
  • Weitreichender Gestaltungsspielraum und flexible Arbeitsmodelle in einem dynamischen, abwechslungsreichen und internationalen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Zugang zu einem langjährig erfahrenen Netzwerk aus Unternehmern, Managern und Investoren eines der erfolgreichsten Private-Equity-Fonds in Deutschland

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Bachelor- oder Masterstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Accounting und Controlling, vorzugsweise im Mittelstand, in der Wirtschaftsprüfung oder in einer (mittelständischen) Unternehmensberatung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanzen, Reporting und Konsolidierung
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in PE-geführten Unternehmen, bei M&A-Transaktionen oder mit Führungsverantwortung
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Mittelstandsaffinität
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
