Estamos em busca de uma profissional dinâmica, organizada e com foco em resultados para atuar como Analista de Recursos humanos (Generalista).

Principais responsabilidades:

Departamento Pessoal (DP): Apoio ou execução em admissões, rescisões, controle de ponto eletrônico, gestão de férias, benefícios e folha de pagamento.

Relações Trabalhistas: Atendimento aos colaboradores, orientação sobre políticas internas e cumprimento de normas de saúde e segurança (SSMA).

Recrutamento e Seleção (R&S): Alinhamento de perfil com gestores, triagem de currículos, condução de entrevistas e processos admissionais.

Treinamento e Desenvolvimento (T&D): Organização de treinamentos, integrações de novos colaboradores e acompanhamento de capacitações.

Clima e Cultura Organizacional: Apoio em pesquisas de clima, mediação de conflitos, comunicação interna e ações de engajamento.

Ensino superior completo em Recursos Humanos, Administração ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimento Técnico: Legislação trabalhista e previdenciária, além de familiaridade com sistemas de gestão de RH/DP.

Habilidades Comportamentais: Boa comunicação, organização, inteligência emocional, facilidade de adaptação e visão estratégica do negócio.
