Écrivons le prochain chapitre de votre carrière ensemble ! \\Description du poste\\ Rattaché·e à la Head of Quality, votre mission sera de piloter les équipes qualité en charge de l'amélioration continue, de la résolution pérenne des problématiques qualité en production et de la sécurisation des nouveaux produits, du développement jusqu'à leur mise sur le marché, dans une approche d'exigence et d'excellence. Dans ce cadre\\-là, vous serez en charge de : \* Encadrer et développer une équipe pluridisciplinaire de 6 collaborateurs \* Déployer la stratégie d'excellence opérationnelle en vous appuyant sur les principes du Lean Management et la culture Kaizen d'amélioration continue \* Piloter des projets d'excellence opérationnelle \* Identifier les axes d'amélioration des processus \* Piloter les activités liées à la sécurisation qualité des nouveaux produits depuis le développement jusqu'à la 1ère année de vie sur les marchés \* Superviser le traitement des non\\-conformités internes et externes via des approches rigoureuses et structurées de gestion des problèmes qualité \\Qualifications\\ \* Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme supérieur dans le domaine de la qualité, ingénierie ou équivalent et avez une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans un poste similaire \* Vous démontrez une expertise en amélioration continue (Lean, Six Sigma) et êtes idéalement certifié·e green belt \* Vous possédez de solides connaissances en qualité industrielle et outils de résolution de problèmes \* Vous avez une connaissance approfondie des processus horlogers \* Doté·e d'un esprit fédérateur, vous faites preuve de leadership et appréciez les échanges transverses \* Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques usuels (ERP, MES, Excel, Power BI, gestion de projets) \\Informations supplémentaires\\ Nous nous réjouissons de recevoir votre dossier de candidature que nous traiterons dans les meilleurs délais.
