Description du poste

Intégré à notre département Qualité, votre mission principale sera de traiter les non-conformités, en collaboration avec les différents départements.

Dans ce cadre, vous serez en charge de :

  • Analyser les non-conformités, identifier les causes racines et définir des plans d’action de résolution de problèmes avec l’ensemble des acteurs concernés
  • Proposer des mesures, les déployer et en assurer le suivi via des audits
  • Coordonner l’ensemble des actions correctives et préventives
  • Participer à la mise en place des indicateurs et en effectuer le suivi
  • Catégoriser les problèmes, définir les actions à mener et coordonner les projets d’amélioration continue produit

Qualifications

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un CFC d’Horloger·ère ou d’un diplôme de Technicien·ne en microtechnique et disposez d’une formation spécialisée dans le domaine de la qualité
  • Vous êtes au bénéfice de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire, dans le domaine de l’horlogerie
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils qualité (8D, Ishikawa, Pareto, SPC, etc.) et êtes en mesure de réaliser des audits qualité
  • Doté·e d’une bonne capacité d’analyse, vous faites preuve de rigueur et d’autonomie
  • Vous appréciez travailler en équipe et de manière transversale
