Fachberater\*in 80% (m/w/d) ===========================

IHRE AUFGABE

  • Als erste Kontaktperson für unsere Kunden gewährleisten Sie einen umfassenden, speditiven und dienstleistungsorientierten Kundenservice.
  • Sie vereinbaren und überwachen die Kundentermine, unterstützen unseren Hörgeräteakustiker bei der Umsetzung von Verkaufsfördermassnahmen und pflegen die Kundendatenbank.
  • Zu den weiteren Aufgaben gehören der Verkauf von Zusatzgeräten sowie Zubehörartikel und einfachere Servicearbeiten an Hörsystemen.
  • Sie erledigen administrative Arbeiten selbständig und sind verantwortlich für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft.

IHR PROFIL

  • Sie sind eine freundliche, gewinnende und kundenorienierte Persönlichkeit mit viel Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.
  • Geduld, Flexibilität sowie Einfühlungsvermögen zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Weiter verfügen Sie über gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse und bringen auch Erfahrung in der Administration mit.
  • Um Ihre Ziele zu erreichen, schätzen Sie den Mix aus Selbständigkeit und der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
