Find Your Connection to Endless Possibilities

Are you a technical trainer in the pro-AV space looking for the next step in your career? If the opportunity to work in a global industry leader with a diverse culture excites you, this may be the role for you.

With Audinate, you’ll find your connection to the world of sound and vision.

We lead the world in AV networking media to pioneer the way people see and hear. Our products seamlessly manage hundreds of audio and video channels with one network, making us the industry standard. You’ll find us in the largest companies and institutions like the Sydney Opera House, NFL Media Headquarters, Microsoft, and even a 900-year old cathedral featured in Harry Potter.

Our core values are the foundation of everything we do: Excellence, Courage, Integrity, Innovation, and Teamwork.

If this resonates with you, this is the place for you.

What you’ll experience with us

No matter your role, you’ll feel part of our team and contribute to pioneering the future of AV so that everyone can be seen and heard. In addition to a competitive salary, commission, equity incentive plan and benefits, you’ll be part of our diverse, values-based culture. You’ll also enjoy a range of perks such as flexible working, home office support, and volunteering leave.

What you’ll be working on

As the Technical Training Manager for LATAM, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of Audinate’s standardized training and certification program throughout the region. This includes planning training events, developing and modifying training content, and delivering training using a variety of methods including in-person presentations, hands-on demonstrations, and remote webinars.

You will also be responsible for executing “train-the-trainer” sessions to enable key partners to deliver Dante training on their own. The existing curriculum includes advanced levels of Dante training, and the audience often includes customers that are using Dante today, so it is essential that you have a deep understanding of Dante and advanced networking concepts.

Beyond training, the role supports sales, marketing, and market development efforts, making it a strong fit for someone who enjoys variety and wants a broad impact on Dante’s growth across the region.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Adapt and localize Dante training content for Latin American audiences, including Spanish language course materials, guides, and assessments, and provide feedback to the global training team.
  • Plan and deliver a regular schedule of hands-on Dante training across Latin America, in person and virtually, helping attendees progress through Dante Certification.
  • Support Audinate training events outside the region as needed, including in the U.S. and Europe.
  • Create Spanish language training videos and host regional webinars for customers and partners across Latin America.
  • Build relationships with OEMs, distributors, and resellers across Latin America, collaborating on training events and supporting their teams’ Dante knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on regional campaigns, event promotion, and attendee follow up, and contribute Spanish language content for social media and other channels.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Audinate’s tradeshow presence in Latin America, working with the global events team on planning, logistics, on-site staffing, and promotion of the show to customers and partners in the region.
  • Recruit and develop new Certified Training Partners in the region.
  • Support regional sales and market development efforts, joining customer and partner meetings as the Dante technical expert and identifying new opportunities for Dante adoption.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years and deep domain expertise with Dante, audio engineering and networking.
  • Current Dante Level 1, 2, and 3 (3rd Edition) certifications required.
  • Experience across both audio and video systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with AV over IP standards and protocols used in broadcast and Pro AV, such as AES67, SMPTE 2110, and IPMX.
  • AV or IT certifications such as CTS, CompTIA Network+, or CCNA are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to audiences of all levels.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering technical training programs.
  • Proven ability to produce training video content, including shooting, editing, and graphics. Work samples welcome.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online course delivery.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required.
  • Must be based in Mexico.
  • Up to 40% travel, primarily within Latin America, with occasional travel to the U.S. and Europe.

If you're an experienced Training Manager or Technical Instructor looking for an opportunity to make a difference we may be on the same wavelength.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
