The posting

We are looking for a Product Manager to help drive the delivery and evolution of our Meeting Insights product. This role is ideal for a hands-on product manager who enjoys owning features from discovery through launch and adoption, working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver customer value.

The Product Manager will be responsible for identifying customer needs, defining requirements, prioritizing work, and driving execution across the product lifecycle.

Your mission

You will play a key role in shaping a fast-growing AI SaaS product used by enterprise customers worldwide. You will own meaningful product initiatives end-to-end, working directly with customers, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features and experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own product features and initiatives from discovery through delivery, launch, and post-release measurement.
  • Translate customer and business requirements into clear product requirements.
  • Partner daily with engineering and design teams to drive execution and delivery.
  • Manage prioritization, trade-offs, scope decisions, and backlog refinement.
  • Lead feature planning, milestone tracking and cross-functional coordination.
  • Define success metrics and measure feature adoption and impact.
  • Support go-to-market activities and release planning.
  • Collaborate with Product Design on user workflows and experiences.
  • Serve as the primary owner for assigned product areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant or technical field.
  • 3-5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven experience owning features from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Strong experience writing product requirements and specifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering teams and drive delivery.
  • Experience prioritizing backlogs and balancing customer, technical, and business needs.
  • Experience working with agile product development processes.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS products and AI-powered applications.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
