At Audiomob, we believe in combining the power of audio, technology, and AI to create seamless and engaging ad experiences for users and effective monetization strategies for game developers and app publishers.

We thrive on creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence in everything we do.

About the Role

  • Work closely with some of the best-known game and app developers in the world to turn their needs into technical solutions.
  • Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Help build and document robust APIs for third-party developers integrating the SDK.
  • Improve the SDK's performance, stability, and compatibility across Unity versions and target platforms
  • Lead by example, demonstrate what good looks like, and foster a high-performance engineering environment.
  • Rapidly troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues, even under strict time constraints.
  • Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and architecture discussions to maintain technical excellence.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Excel in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
  • Stay updated on emerging Unity trends to identify opportunities for improvements and enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Extensive experience with Unity and deep understanding of its architecture, APIs, and core features.
  • Proven experience with either Swift or Kotlin.
  • Excellent C# development skills, with a focus on performance, concurrency, and memory management.
  • Demonstrable experience taking ownership of complex solutions within large codebases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure.
  • Experience with agentic-first engineering workflows.

Nice-to-have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
  • Experience building mobile SDKs used at scale.
  • In-depth understanding of the advertising technology industry is a plus.

We’re building a diverse, inclusive team:

Diversity and representation matters to us all. While the forward journey of representation in the game and tech sectors is improving, we recognise that there is still work to be done. We know that the future we want to see should be reflected in our own team and values. As such, we encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply, and welcome those that believe diversity in all its forms is a key driver of success.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
