Augel ist der innovative zukunftsorientierte Baudienstleister für die Arbeiten in hochsensiblen Anlagen der petrochemischen und produzierenden Industrie sowie der Energiebranche.

Du hast gerade die Schule abgeschlossen, bist nun auf der Suche nach einer neuen großen Herausforderung und möchtest etwas bewegen? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig! Hier bei Augel wirst Du vom ersten Tag an voll eingebunden, gefördert und gefordert. Du übernimmst schon früh Verantwortung und kannst Projekte maßgeblich voranbringen.

Als Baugeräteführer bei Augel bedienst und wartest Du unsere Baumaschinen. Du bist verantwortlich für die Instandhaltung der Großgeräte und für kleinere Reparaturen auf der Baustelle. Augel verfügt über leistungsstarke, hochmoderne Baumaschinen wie 3 Saugbagger, 4 Großbagger, 13 Mini-Bagger, 5 Radlader und viele mehr – und am Ende Deiner Ausbildung kannst Du mindestens eine davon steuern.

Die Ausbildung startet immer im August eines Jahres und dauert in der Regel 3 Jahre. Sie findet an drei verschiedenen Orten statt:

Betrieb: Weibern, RLP

Bei Augel kannst Du Dein praktisches Können und das bereits Erlernte unter Beweis stellen. Wir vermitteln Dir praktische Fertigkeiten, die Du für den Berufsalltag brauchst.

Überbetriebliche Ausbildung: Oberhausen, NRW

In einem Ausbildungszentrum lernst Du ganz praktisch, was ein Baugeräteführer können sollte, aber auch übergreifende Tätigkeiten anderer handwerklicher Berufe.

Berufsschule: Gelsenkirchen, NRW

Auch theoretisches Wissen brauchst Du, um den Beruf erfolgreich zu erlernen.

Dein Weg zum Bau-Profi - das lernst Du bei uns:

  • Bedienung und Wartung von Baumaschinen
  • Instandhaltung der Großgeräte
  • Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen auf Baustellen
  • Vorbereitung und Absicherung

Darauf können wir bauen:

  • Mindestens ein guter Hauptschulabschluss
  • Gute Noten in Mathematik
  • Spaß am Lernen
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Konzentrationsfähigkeit
  • Eine gute Auge-Hand-Koordination, Beobachtungsgenauigkeit und Schwindelfreiheit
  • Entscheidungsfähigkeit und gute Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit
  • Freude an der Arbeit im Team und Freude am Bauen!

Du wirst nach dem Tarifvertrag für das Baugewerbe bezahlt. Aktuell erhältst Du bei uns im:

  1. Jahr 1.122 € brutto/ Monat
