Seit über 150 Jahren steht AUG. PRIEN für herausragende Bauleistungen im Hoch-, Tief- und Ingenieurbau. Hinter unseren erfolgreichen Großprojekten steht eine starke Logistik und modernste Technik. In unserer Zentralwerkstatt sorgen wir dafür, dass unser vielseitiger Maschinen- und Gerätepark – von modernen Erdbewegungsmaschinen über Spezialtiefbaugeräte bis hin zu maßgeschneiderter Systemtechnik – jederzeit einsatzbereit, sicher und top gewartet ist.

Deine Aufgaben – Vielseitigkeit im Fokus:

  • Wartung & Inspektion: Fachgerechte Durchführung von Service-, Wartungs- und Inspektionsarbeiten an unserem gesamten Fuhr- und Maschinenpark (u. a. Turmdrehkrane, Bagger, Radlader, Spezialtiefbaugeräte und Kleingeräte).
  • Fehlerdiagnose: Systematische Fehlersuche und Diagnose bei mechanischen, hydraulischen, pneumatischen sowie elektrischen/elektronischen Störungen an komplexen Baumaschinen und Baugeräten.
  • Montage von Turmdrehkranen und Großgeräten.
  • Instandsetzung: Selbstständige Reparatur und Austausch von Verschleißteilen, Aggregaten und Komponenten.
  • Sicherheitsprüfungen: Durchführung und Dokumentation der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Sicherheitsprüfungen (z. B. nach UVV).
  • Modifikationen & Metallbau: Gelegentliche Anpassungen, Schweißarbeiten und Umbauten an Spezialgeräten nach individuellen Projektanforderungen.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Land- und Baumaschinenmechatroniker, Baumaschinenmechaniker, Kfz-Mechatroniker (Nutzfahrzeugtechnik), Schlosser oder eine vergleichbare handwerkliche Qualifikation (m/w/d).
  • Berufserfahrung: Fundierte Erfahrung in der Reparatur und Wartung von Baumaschinen, Landmaschinen, Nutzkraftwagen oder Flurförderzeugen ist von Vorteil.
  • Fachkenntnisse: Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Hydraulik, Elektrik/Elektronik und Mechanik.
  • Arbeitsweise: Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Bewusstsein für Arbeitssicherheit.
  • Teamgeist: Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und eine kollegiale, serviceorientierte Einstellung.
  • Führerschein: Besitz der Führerscheinklasse B (Klasse BE / C1 oder höher ist gern gesehen).
