MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

1. Relation Clients (B2C, B2B, marketplaces)

  • Réceptionner, analyser et traiter les demandes clients (téléphone, emails, marketplaces, réseaux sociaux).
  • Gérer les dossiers SAV niveau 1 : diagnostics, conseils, résolution rapide des réclamations simples, transmission des dossiers complexes au Responsable des Opérations & Achats.
  • Assurer le suivi des commandes, retours et remboursements, en lien avec les opérations.
  • Maintenir et mettre à jour la base clients.
  • Recueillir et partager les retours clients pour améliorer l'expérience.

2. Développement Commercial

  • Prendre en charge les ventes entrantes (B2C, B2B, marketplaces) : devis, suivi, closing.
  • Développer les ventes sortantes : prospection ciblée (PME, administrations, aménageurs despaces de travail).
  • Mettre en place et améliorer les process de vente pour fluidifier le cycle commercial.
  • Suivre et piloter les opportunités (reporting simple et efficace).
  • Développer la fidélisation clients par des actions concrètes (suivi post-vente, upsell, relances).

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Vous avez une première expérience confirmée en service client et/ou en développement commercial, idéalement dans un environnement e-commerce ou PME.
  • Vous êtes orienté(e) solutions, avec une aisance téléphone & rédaction irréprochable.
  • Vous savez travailler dans un environnement outillé (Shopify/ERP/CRM/Marketplaces/Outil de ticketing/Notion).
  • Vous savez aussi bien gérer lopérationnel quotidien que développer une stratégie de ventes.
  • Vous êtes proactif(ve), organisé(e), autonome, curieux(se) et vous avez la fibre entrepreneuriale.
  • Vous avez le sens du service client et du business.
