Descripción del empleo

*Administración del personal de su línea, con la finalidad de un óptimo desempeño de la línea.

*Soporte al Supervisor en las actividades administrativas de la línea, como plan de desarrollo y entrenamiento al personal de nuevo ingreso y personal que se entrene en cualquier operación de línea de producción.

*Operación de los equipos , dispositivos, máquinas y/o estación de trabajo, conforme a las instrucciones de operación respectivas y a los procedimientos de calidad, manufactura, seguridad y producción relacionados. *Responsable de los equipos herramentales y materiales del proceso a su cargo (administrar el uso correcto de los consumibles operativos de MRO (cinta, EPP, marcadores)).

Requisitos

  • Escolaridad:Bachillerato técnico, TSU o licenciatura en ingeniería industrial o afin.
  • Conocimientos:Microsoft office, sistemas de calidad IATF 16949, balanceo de líneas, mejora continua, solución de problemas, sistemas de gestión de seguridad y salud.
  • Habilidades:Desarrollo de estrategias, administración y manejo de personal, supervision efectiva.
  • Experiencia:1 año de experiencia en puestos similares
  • Disponibilidad de rolar turnos
