Descrição da vaga

Efetuar análises de falhas em equipamentos eletrônicos e mecânicos, a fim de apurar e identificar os motivos das falhas apresentadas.

Sugerir mudança no processo de produção, criando/ implementando dispositivos de melhor performance.

Manter os equipamentos em funcionamento através das manutenções preditivas, preventivas e corretivas.

Participar de reuniões com as áreas envolvidas nos processos de fabricação do produto, para o tratamento de assuntos voltados a falhas ocorridas em peças ou em processos de fabricação e desenvolvimento.

Auxiliar os prestadores de serviços externos em Manutenções Corretivas e Preventivas, conforme cronograma ou necessidade.

Participar de treinamento sobre o lançamento de novas peças, a fim de inteirar de suas características técnicas, funcionamento e manutenções necessárias.

Participar da realização de treinamentos internos apoiando na transmissão do conhecimento do produto e na apresentação do mapa de processos das atividades.

Executar outras atividades correlatas.

Conhecimento em maquinas insersoras de componentes SMT (pick and place), máquinas de aplicação de pasta de solda, fornos de refusão, equipamentos de gravação a laser, maquinas de inspeção, desenvolvimento de programas e calibrações.

Qualificações

Básicos em Ferramentas da Qualidade - Conhecimento Básico dos processos operacionais de sua responsabilidade - Excel Básico - Inglês - Básico.NR10 (Eletricidade) - NR 33 (Espaço Confinado) - NR 35 (Trabalho em Altura).

Conhecimento em equipamento de tecnologia SMT.
