This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Specialist – Upsell based in the United States.

Join a dynamic and fast-growing technology environment dedicated to making the digital world safer for individuals and families. As a Sales Specialist – Upsell, you will engage with existing customers to help them maximize the value of their memberships through tailored product recommendations and upgrades. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth while strengthening customer relationships and satisfaction. Through proactive outreach and consultative conversations, you will help customers discover solutions that enhance their digital protection. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise, work toward ambitious targets, and make a meaningful impact. You will join a collaborative, remote team that values initiative, continuous learning, and shared success.

Accountabilities:

  • Represent the organization's mission and communicate the value of its digital safety solutions to existing customers.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio, features, and benefits to effectively advise customers.
  • Conduct daily outbound calls to current customers to introduce upgrades, additional products, and enhanced protection options.
  • Understand individual customer needs and recommend personalized solutions that strengthen their online safety.
  • Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving or exceeding monthly upselling and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, refine sales strategies, and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Stay up to date with cybersecurity developments, industry trends, and emerging digital threats to provide informed recommendations.
  • A genuine passion for helping people and building positive customer relationships through engaging conversations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset, with the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • A competitive spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
  • A collaborative attitude and the ability to contribute to both individual and team success.
  • High levels of integrity, professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Enthusiasm for technology, digital safety, and continuous professional development.
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage, along with a willingness to learn and develop consultative selling skills.
  • Compensation: Base pay of $18 per hour, plus target annual commission of $25,500.
