Deine Aufgaben

  • Prüfung und steuerliche Optimierung von bestehenden Holding- und Beteiligungsstrukturen
  • Entwicklung steuerlicher Strukturen für Akquisitionen, Beteiligungen, Finanzierungen und Exits, sowie Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Dokumentation der entwickelten Strukturen
  • Beurteilung von Finanzierungsinstrumenten sowie der steuerlichen Behandlung von Zinsen, Dividenden und Veräußerungsgewinnen
  • Steuerliche Unterstützung im Hinblick auf Transaktionen und Investitionsentscheidungen
  • Begleitung der steuerlichen Due Diligence und Identifikation wesentlicher Steuerrisiken
  • Steuerliche Analyse von Umstrukturierungen, Refinanzierungen und Post-Merger-Integrationen
  • Management der laufenden steuerlichen Fragestellungen auf Holding- sowie in Abstimmung mit Beratern auf Portfolio-Ebene
  • Koordination der steuerlichen Beratung in nationalen und internationalen Projekten
  • Abstimmung mit Investmentteams, Management der Portfoliounternehmen, Legal, Finance und externen Beratern
  • Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen, Strukturpapieren und Präsentationen für interne Stakeholder
  • Überwachung relevanter gesetzlicher Entwicklungen und Bewertung ihrer Auswirkungen auf bestehende und geplante Strukturen
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung interner Standards und Prozesse im Bereich der steuerlichen Strukturierung

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder juristisches Studium und erfolgreich absolvierte Steuerberaterprüfung
  • 8-12 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Steuerberatungsgesellschaft oder der Steuerabteilung eines internationalen Konzerns
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des deutschen und gegebenenfalls auch internationalen Unternehmenssteuerrechts
  • Konzeptionelles und analytisches Denken sowie selbständiger Arbeitsstil
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Fähigkeit mit strategischem Weitblick Themen eigenständig voranzutreiben
  • Kommunikationsstärke, pragmatische Arbeitsweise, souveränes Projektmanagement und kompetente Ergebnispräsentation
  • Teamplayer mit Engagement und hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch sowie sehr gute Englisch- und MS Office-Kenntnisse
