  • Create and manage detailed circuit schematics, PCB layouts, and simulations using tools such as Altium or similar software
  • Perform electrical analysis on systems, including power integrity, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC, to ensure performance in harsh environments
  • Support prototyping, testing, and validation of electrical systems, iterating designs based on test results, with hands-on lab troubleshooting using tools like oscilloscopes
  • Develop and maintain test plans and procedures
  • Oversee manufacturing and assembly processes for PCBs and electronic assemblies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and project managers

Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Work in person at our corporate headquarters in Huntsville AL
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field with relevant experience in the industry or Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or relevant field with experience in applying your knowledge to real-world systems
  • 2-5 years of industry experience in electrical design and development
  • Proven experience in designing hardware for space, aircraft, or robotic systems
  • Extensive knowledge of circuit design software and simulation tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong background in circuit design and power electronics, including switch-mode power supply design, battery systems, and battery management
  • Proficiency in circuit simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, LTSpice) and hands-on lab testing/troubleshooting with oscilloscopes and other diagnostic equipment
  • Experience implementing microcontrollers and communication protocols such as serial, RS232/485, I2C, SPI, and Ethernet
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes for electronics (e.g., PCB fabrication, soldering, assembly)
  • Experience with rapid prototyping techniques for circuits and systems

What we offer

  • The opportunity to work on cutting-edge spacecraft, aircraft and robotics systems with real-world impact.
  • A collaborative and fast-paced work environment with passionate engineers.
  • Top-tier salary and benefits package.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
