Puesto: Especialista de Servicio al Cliente y Programador Maestro SR.

Actividad general del puesto:

  • Atencion a clientes GM, Nissan, Stellantis, Lucid, Mopar, Ford, etc
  • Dar mantenimiento al sistema PLEX para garantizar la recepción de requerimientos de clientes vía EDI, procesamiento de facturas y el envío de ASN. Revisar diariamente los requerimientos de clientes para comunicar cambios que requieran ajustar los programas de producción y la planeación de materiales.
  • Realizar análisis de la demanda de los clientes para identificar variaciones significativas.
  • Seguimiento a programa de embarques con el equipo.
  • Elaborar y presentar los reportes que le sean requeridos de las operaciones y actividades de Servicio a Clientes, Embarques y Programación de Producción.
  • Asegurar que los indicadores de desempeño establecidos para su función se cumplen y se mantienen dentro de los niveles requeridos. Realizar análisis de causas y planes de acción en caso de caída en el resultado de los indicadores.
  • Revisar los pronósticos y requerimientos en firme de los clientes para preparar programas de producción semanales por línea y centro de trabajo de las plantas. Crear las ordenes de producción en el sistema de acuerdo al programa semanal.
  • Preparar y comunicar el Plan Maestro de Producción nivelado (MPS) con una visión de 12 a 16 semanas.
  • Dar seguimiento diario a las operaciones y resultados de producción para actualizar los programas de producción semanal.
  • Revisar y mantener actualizados los procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo de los procesos bajo se responsabilidad y de su equipo de trabajo. Cumplir con los requerimientos de los sistemas que requiera la organización (ISO-14000, IATF, LPA, QPA, CSOX, MMOG, CTPAT, APS)

Perfil:

  • Sexo indistinto.
  • Estado civil indistinto.
  • Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional ó Administración de Empresas ó Negocios ó Ingeniería Industrial ó cualquier especialidad afín al puesto.
  • Bilingüe (Inglés avanzado).

Competencias:

  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación hablada y escrita para construir buenas relaciones a todos los niveles de la organización y con los clientes.
  • Administración de equipos de trabajo.
  • Liderazgo para coordinar actividades con diferentes departamentos y niveles de personal.
  • Análisis y solución de problemas para la toma de decisiones.
  • Orientación a resultados.

Habilidades y conocimientos:

  • Inglés avanzado (90% comprobable)
  • Conocimiento en sistemas y portales de clientes GM, FCA, Ford (otros deseables)
  • Manejo de PC y MS Office.
  • Experiencia en manejo de sistemas ERP y EDI (QAD, SAP, etc.) en empresas automotrices.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de manufactura.

Experiencia:

  • 2 años como servicio a clientes para GM, FCA, Ford o Nissan en industria automotriz.
