With U.S.-based operational headquarters in Southfield, Michigan, Auria operates 16 manufacturing, 9 technical and 5 JV locations across 10 countries and employs approximately 3,700 people worldwide.
We are currently searching for a Senior Financial Consolidation and Reporting Analyst to join our Finance team in Southfield, Michigan.
What you will do:
- Responsible for financial consolidation system integrity, maintenance, and reporting processes.
- Maximize and advance the use of current OneStream consolidation system capabilities and lead the digital transformation of the consolidation system.
- Standardize and automate reporting processes to improve consistency and workflow efficiency.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes across multiple global manufacturing entities.
- Support the preparation of financial reporting packages for the parent company and external audit processes.
- Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis, including cost optimization, capital investments, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate accounting policies, and US GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing accurate and timely documentation, reconciliations, and analyses where the consolidation system applies.
- Develop, support, and maintain financial dashboards that provide real-time visibility into plant performance, costs, and financial KPIs.
- Perform other assigned duties related to the finance function.

What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- 5 years of global financial consolidation and reporting experience; 10 years of experience with financial statements and cost accounting; and experience managing large volumes of financial information.
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
- OneStream XF, administrator level preferred, with high proficiency.
- Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Power Apps, intermediate proficiency.
- Plex Software / Rockwell Automation, basic proficiency.
- AI agents, usage preferred, with basic proficiency.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong analytical aptitude, functional knowledge, business experience, leadership, organizational influence, and effective communication.
