Técnico Líder de Mantenimiento

Perfil:

  • Carrera Tecnica,Electromecánico, Mecatrónica, Automatización o a fin.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 4 años como técnico líder en el área de mantenimiento, preferentemente industria automotriz.
  • Disponibilidad de lunes a sábado , rolar 3 turnos.

Actividades principales del puesto:

  • Ejecutar las actividades preventivas, correctivas, autónomas y predictivas necesarias para la correcta operación de máquinas de producción y equipo de edificios.
  • Realizar ajustes, calibraciones, montajes e instalaciones de componentes y maquinaria.
  • Cumplir y optimizar los programas de mantenimiento según los tiempos establecidos.
  • Brindar asesoría técnica y capacitación a los operadores de los equipos.
  • Administrar documentación de órdenes de mantenimiento y Administración de personal de línea de producción.
  • Auditorias de sistemas de manufactura y resúmenes de producción.
  • Asegurar cumplimiento a Kanban de línea o programación de producción asignado.
  • Cumplimiento y ejecución de políticas de Calidad, seguridad y medio Ambiente.
  • Ejecutar la Mejora continua en líneas de producción asignadas.

Experiencia indispensable en:

  • Amplios conocimientos en Neumática, Hidráulica, mecánica, Electromecánica, electrónica, PLC, automatización, interpretación de planos, lectura de diagramas eléctricos e hidráulicos.

Habilidades:

  • Orientación a resultados para cumplir objetivos.
  • Trabajo en equipo

  • Manejo de conflictos

Competencias:

  • Políticas de seguridad industrial, LOTO, trabajos en alturas, trabajos en caliente
  • Mantenimiento de maquinaria industrial, conocimiento de Prensas hidráulicas, hornos eléctricos y de gas, enrolladores, motores y drives, mantenimiento y operación de robots Fanuc, corte por chorro de agua, transportadores y Cardas
  • Electricidad industrial, control y fuerza.
  • Mecánica, neumática, hidráulica, electronica y motores de combustión.
  • Lectura e interpretación de diagramas eléctricos e hidráulicos
  • Uso de multímetro, amperímetro, manómetros de presión, cámara termográfica, analizador de vibraciones.
  • Programación de PLC Siemens y Allen Bradley.
  • Conocimiento de variadores de CA, Servomotores y drives.
