The posting

De Maintenance Technician staat onder de Maintenance Coordinator en neemt onmiddelijk acties bij storingen. Hij/zij zorgt voor een correcte preventieve en curatieve uitvoering van het onderhoud van fabrieksinstallaties, machines,... Hij/zij brengt eveneens verbetervoorstellen aan en werkt deze uit in samenwerking met engineering.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Storingsanalyse
  • Preventieve en curatieve onderhoudstaken
  • Samen met je team en de teamleaders zorg je voor continuïteit in het productieproces door storingen snel op te lossen of te voorkomen
  • Verbetervoorstellen aanreiken en uitvoeren

Omvang van de opdracht:

  • Storingsanalyse:
  • Neemt onmiddellijk actie bij storingen en/of andere machinedefecten, zoekt, eventueel samen met de maintenance coordinator, naar oplossingen en noteert deze in het logboek.
  • Wendt zijn specifieke technische kennis aan teneinde deze verschillende facetten binnen het productieproces en onderhoudsproces duurzaam te verbeteren.
  • Preventieve en curatieve onderhoudstaken:
  • Uitvoeren van het onderhoud van fabrieksinstallaties, machines, gebouwen en faciliteiten, met als doel de continuïteit van het productieproces te garanderen.
  • Uitvoeren algemene onderhoudswerkzaamheden en zuiver houden van de werkplaats.
  • De richtlijnen inzake de te volgen procedures op het vlak van het onderhoud van het machinepark opvolgen.
  • Uitvoeren van handelingen volgens technische handleidingen en werkinstructies
  • Verbeteringsvoorstellen aanbrengen en uitwerken.
  • Correct uitvoeren van de veiligheidsvoorschriften
