The posting

Admin Executive

Location: West Singapore Salary: $2000 - $2300 Working time: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process invoices, debit notes, and credit notes accurately and on time.
  • Verify billing documents against purchase orders, delivery orders, and shipping records.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Procurement, and Finance teams to resolve billing and delivery issues.
  • Handle customer and supplier enquiries related to invoices and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP/accounting system.
  • Support the Sales team with quotations, product samples, and delivery coordination.

Requirements:

  • Min 3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, sales support, customer service, logistics, or administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of export documentation is an advantage.
