- Support resolution of active escalations, coordinating with category leads, Command Center, and field operations as needed.

- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of scorecard and performance data used in metric reviews and leadership reporting.

- Identify emerging performance risk trends and proactively flag them to Autonomous Operations leadership.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring processes and escalation models, applying Lean/DMAIC principles where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, performance monitoring, quality management, or a related field.

- Strong attention to detail and data integrity, with experience maintaining scorecards or performance dashboards.

- Effective communication skills across cross-functional and multi-level stakeholder groups.

- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications such as PMP, CSP, Six Sigma, CFSE/P, or other relevant safety or project management certifications.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards

- Experience developing, implementing and improving Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs)

- Experience leading cross-functional teams.

- Understanding of regulatory compliance processes related to safety standards.

- Experience with Jira, Jama, Confluence, Google Suite.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
