Wir sind eine der grössten Ausgleichskassen in der Schweiz und kümmern uns um 155‘000 Beitragspflichtige, 320‘000 Arbeitnehmende, 175’000 AHV\-/IV\-Rentner und \-Rentnerinnen sowie 50’000 Bezüger und Bezügerinnen von Ergänzungsleistungen.

Wir bauen ein neues zentrales Kundenservicecenter auf und suchen ab 1\. Februar 2027 eine bzw. einen

Sachbearbeiterin oder Sachbearbeiter Kundenservice (80 – 100%)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du nimmst telefonische und schriftliche Kundenanliegen entgegen und stellst deren Bearbeitung sicher.
  • Du erteilst Auskünfte an Privatpersonen, AHV\-Zweigstellen und Behörden wie KESB, Konkurs\- und Betreibungsämter, Sozialdienste, usw.
  • Du bearbeitest E\-Mails und führst einfache Mutationen im System aus (z.B. Adressänderungen).
  • Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben wie Postbearbeitung und betreust Besuchende am Schalter.
  • Option zur Mitarbeit in Projekten und in der Weiterentwicklung unseres Kundenservices.

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion, von Vorteil im Bereich Sozialversicherung.
  • Freude am Telefonieren.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und ösischkenntnisse.
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Offenheit für Neues.
  • Teamgeist, Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit.
