Ergänzungsleistungen zur AHV und IV sichern den Lebensunterhalt von Menschen, deren Renten und Einkommen die minimalen Lebenskosten nicht decken. Sie sind ein wichtiger Bestandteil unseres Sozialversicherungssystems.

Im Bereich Ergänzungsleistungen bearbeiten wir vielfältige persönliche und wirtschaftliche Sachverhalte, prüfen Leistungsansprüche und begleiten unsere Versicherten bei Veränderungen ihrer Lebenssituation. Neben der sorgfältigen Fallbearbeitung gehört auch der regelmässige telefonische, persönliche und schriftliche Austausch mit Versicherten, Ämtern und Behörden zu unserem Arbeitsalltag.

Für unser Team Ergänzungsleistungen Mutationen / Revisionen suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung engagierte Persönlichkeiten als

Sachbearbeiter/\-in Ergänzungsleistungen Mutationen / Revisionen 80 \- 100 %

Das sind deine Aufgaben

  • Prüfen und Klären des Leistungsanspruchs von eingehenden Anträgen
  • Berechnen, Verfügen und Auszahlen von Ergänzungsleistungen
  • Bearbeiten von einfachen und komplexen Mutationen
  • Durchführen von Revisionen
  • Beraten und Betreuen unserer Versicherten, insbesondere telefonisch sowie persönlich am Schalter und schriftlich
  • Aktives Einbringen beim kontinuierlichen Verbessern der Arbeitsprozesse
  • Mitwirken in Projekten und in Arbeitsgruppen

Das bringst du mit

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mindestens drei Jahren Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Sozialversicherungs\-, Versicherungs\- oder Verwaltungsbereich
  • Weiterbildung im Sozialversicherungsbereich oder die Bereitschaft, eine solche zu absolvieren
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Qualitäts\- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Analytisches und vernetztes Denkvermögen sowie Freude an rechtlichen Fragestellungen und Zahlen
  • Freude an regelmässigem telefonischen und persönlichen Kundenkontakt sowie eine klare und adressatengerechte Kommunikation
  • Teamgeist, Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft, unsere Arbeitsprozesse aktiv mitzugestalten
