Die kantonale Ausgleichskasse des Kantons Solothurn (AKSO) setzt die Sozialversicherungsgesetzgebung im Kanton Solothurn um. Sie vollzieht insbesondere die AHV, die Ergänzungsleistungen, die Familienzulagen, die Mutterschaftsentschädigung sowie die Prämienverbilligung.

Die Ergänzungsleistungen zur AHV und IV sind für viele Menschen existenziell. Dahinter stehen anspruchsvolle Aufgaben, verantwortungsvolle Entscheidungen und ein engagiertes Team, das täglich mit Fachkompetenz und Sorgfalt arbeitet.

Für die Leitung dieses Teams suchen wir eine Führungspersönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernimmt, Mitarbeitende fördert und gemeinsam mit ihnen Prozesse weiterentwickelt.

Das sind deine Aufgaben

  • Du leitest das Team Ergänzungsleistungen mit rund 10\-14 Mitarbeitenden in personeller und fachlicher Hinsicht und entwickelst den Bereich weiter.
  • Du trägst die Verantwortung, dass die Mutationen und Revisionen der Ergänzungsleistungen mit hoher Kundenzufriedenheit, zeitnah und gesetzeskonform verarbeitet werden.
  • Du optimierst bestehende Geschäftsprozesse, entwickelst den Bereich weiter und stellst einen nachhaltigen sowie professionellen Wissenstransfer sicher.
  • Du bearbeitest komplexe Geschäftsfälle in der Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Team.
  • Du bringst dein Fachwissen und deine Ideen aktiv in Projekte, Arbeitsgruppen und Gremien ein.

Deine Kompetenzen

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung im Bereich Sozialversicherungen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation.
  • Führungserfahrung und ein gutes Verständnis für komplexe Fachthemen, idealerweise mit Berufserfahrung im Sozialversicherungsbereich.
  • Freude an der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden sowie eine kommunikative und empathische Persönlichkeit.
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge rasch zu erfassen, Prozesse zu hinterfragen und Verbesserungen voranzutreiben.
  • Strukturiert, gewissenhaft und zielgerichtet Arbeitsweise.
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Belastbarkeit und Ausdauer.
