Nous recherchons un Accounting Manager FR/NL pour rejoindre une ASBL active dans le secteur des assurances, située dans le sud de Bruxelles. Cette organisation bénéficie d'un environnement stable et d'une structure bien établie, tout en accordant une importance particulière à la collaboration et à la qualité du travail.

Vous intégrerez une équipe à taille humaine et serez responsable de l'encadrement d'une équipe de trois collaborateurs. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la direction et jouerez un rôle central dans la bonne gestion financière de l'organisation.

Vos responsabilités

En tant qu'Accounting Manager, vous aurez un rôle à la fois opérationnel et stratégique :

  • Management d'équipe : vous encadrez, accompagnez et développez une équipe de trois collaborateurs comptables. Vous répartissez les responsabilités, assurez le suivi des activités et veillez à maintenir une bonne dynamique d'équipe.
  • Supervision comptable : vous supervisez l'ensemble des opérations comptables et veillez à la fiabilité des données financières, au respect des procédures internes et à la bonne tenue des comptes.
  • Clôtures et obligations comptables : vous coordonnez les clôtures périodiques et annuelles, contrôlez les écritures comptables et veillez au respect des obligations légales et fiscales applicables à la structure.
  • Reporting financier : vous assurez la préparation et l'analyse des informations financières destinées à la direction afin de faciliter la prise de décision.
  • Amélioration continue : vous identifiez les possibilités d'optimisation des processus comptables et contribuez à l'amélioration des outils et procédures internes.
  • Collaboration avec la direction : vous êtes un interlocuteur privilégié pour les questions financières et apportez votre expertise dans le suivi de la situation financière de l'organisation.

Votre profil

Pour occuper cette fonction d'Accounting Manager, vous disposez des compétences suivantes :

  • Formation : vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme en comptabilité, finance ou gestion, ou disposez d'une expérience équivalente.
  • Expérience : vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée en comptabilité, idéalement complétée par une première expérience en management ou en supervision d'équipe.
  • Compétences techniques : vous maîtrisez les opérations comptables générales et êtes à l'aise avec les clôtures, le reporting financier et le respect des obligations comptables et fiscales.
  • Langues : vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et le néerlandais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Qualités personnelles : vous êtes une personne structurée, autonome et organisée. Votre leadership naturel vous permet d'accompagner une équipe tout en conservant une approche collaborative et accessible.
