Vos responsabilités

En tant qu'Accounting Manager, vous prenez la responsabilité de la gestion comptable et financière de la société. Vous assurez la fiabilité des chiffres, supervisez les opérations comptables et veillez au respect des obligations légales et fiscales.

Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Gestion comptable quotidienne : superviser et assurer le suivi de la comptabilité générale et analytique, contrôler les opérations d'encodage, les imputations et le lettrage des comptes clients et fournisseurs.
  • Clôtures comptables : prendre en charge les clôtures mensuelles et annuelles, préparer les écritures de régularisation, les provisions et les amortissements, et garantir la fiabilité des comptes.
  • Fiscalité : superviser les déclarations TVA et veiller au respect des différentes obligations fiscales et comptables.
  • Reporting financier : préparer les rapports financiers périodiques, analyser les résultats et présenter les indicateurs clés à la direction.
  • Gestion budgétaire : participer à l'élaboration des budgets, suivre les écarts entre les prévisions et les réalisations et proposer des pistes d'amélioration.
  • Optimisation des processus : améliorer les procédures comptables et les outils de gestion afin de renforcer l'efficacité et la qualité de l'information financière.
  • Collaboration avec la direction : apporter votre expertise financière, répondre aux questions de gestion et contribuer aux décisions stratégiques de l'entreprise.

Votre profil

Nous recherchons une personne autonome, rigoureuse et disposant d'une bonne vision globale de la comptabilité et de la gestion financière.

  • Formation : vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier ou d'un master en comptabilité, finance ou dans un domaine équivalent.
  • Expérience : vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée en comptabilité, idéalement acquise dans une PME ou dans un environnement vous ayant permis de prendre des responsabilités.
  • Compétences techniques : vous maîtrisez la comptabilité générale, les clôtures périodiques, les déclarations TVA et le reporting financier. Une bonne connaissance des obligations comptables et fiscales belges est attendue.
  • Langues : vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et disposez d'une bonne connaissance du néerlandais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Qualités personnelles : vous êtes organisé, proactif et capable de travailler de manière autonome. Votre esprit analytique, votre sens des responsabilités et votre facilité à communiquer vous permettent d'interagir efficacement avec la direction et les différents interlocuteurs de l'entreprise.
