Ben jij een ondernemende dossierbeheerder met enkele jaren ervaring die niet van functie naar functie wil springen, maar echt wil groeien? Dan zoeken we jou. Voor een toonaangevend accountancykantoor in Oost-Vlaanderen zoeken we een Advisor die dossiers van A tot Z beheert en samen met ons de volgende stap zet.

Even kennismaken

We zijn een groeiende groep met ongeveer 110 collega's verspreid over 6 kantoren:

  • Open-deurbeleid
  • Echte community: samen sporten, regelmatig events en opleidingen
  • Naast accountancy en fiscaliteit werken we ook rond legal, estate planning en HR
  • Nieuwe pijlers in opbouw: M&A, corporate finance en HR

Wat ga je doen?

  • Dossiers van A tot Z beheren met veel verantwoordelijkheid
  • Klanten adviseren als echte partner, van boekhouding tot fiscaliteit
  • Kennis delen met je team en bijspringen waar nodig
  • Specialiseren in een richting naar keuze: tax, fiscaliteit, personenbelasting of vennootschapsbelasting

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een bachelor of Master
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring
  • Je begrijpt wat ondernemerschap is en denkt mee met je klanten
  • Je wil persoonlijk groeien, kan zelf doelen stellen en neemt je carrière graag in eigen handen
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, professioneel en teamgericht
