Pour le compte d'une organisation établie dans la région bruxelloise, active dans le secteur des services et évoluant dans un environnement lié au domaine médical, nous recherchons un Chef comptable bilingue français-néerlandais disposant d'au moins 10 ans d'expérience.

Vous rejoindrez un environnement professionnel où votre expertise sera valorisée et où votre autonomie constituera un véritable atout pour assurer la fiabilité des opérations comptables et le respect des obligations réglementaires.

Vos responsabilités

En tant que Chef comptable, vous serez responsable de la supervision et du bon fonctionnement de l'ensemble des activités comptables. Votre rôle sera central pour garantir la qualité des informations financières, la conformité des opérations et le respect des échéances.

Gestion et supervision comptables

  • Superviser la comptabilité générale et veiller à l'enregistrement correct des opérations financières.
  • Organiser et contrôler les clôtures comptables périodiques ainsi que la clôture annuelle.
  • Garantir la cohérence des comptes, assurer le suivi des comptes de bilan et de résultat et superviser les opérations de réconciliation.
  • Veiller au respect des obligations fiscales et comptables, notamment en matière de TVA.

Gestion financière et reporting

  • Préparer et analyser les états financiers afin de fournir une vision claire de la situation comptable et financière.
  • Assurer le suivi des échéances, des flux financiers et des principaux indicateurs de gestion.
  • Participer à l'élaboration des budgets et au suivi des écarts entre les prévisions et les résultats réalisés.
  • Produire des reportings fiables et formuler des recommandations pour améliorer les processus et la qualité de l'information financière.

Votre profil

Pour réussir dans cette fonction, vous disposez d'une solide expérience comptable et êtes capable de prendre en charge des responsabilités importantes avec méthode, autonomie et discernement.

Formation

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier en comptabilité, d'un diplôme équivalent ou disposez d'une expérience professionnelle permettant de justifier un niveau de compétences comparable.

Expérience

  • Vous justifiez d'au moins 10 ans d'expérience en comptabilité, idéalement dans une fonction comportant des responsabilités de supervision.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur médical ou dans un environnement lié aux soins de santé constitue un avantage particulièrement apprécié.

Compétences techniques

  • Vous maîtrisez la comptabilité générale, les clôtures comptables et les mécanismes de contrôle des comptes.
  • Vous connaissez les obligations fiscales et les principales exigences liées à la gestion financière d'une organisation.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils comptables et les logiciels de gestion financière.

Langues

  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et le néerlandais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.

Qualités personnelles

  • Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé et attentif à la fiabilité des données financières.
  • Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, de discrétion et d'un sens aigu des responsabilités.
  • Vous êtes capable de prendre du recul, de résoudre des problématiques comptables complexes et de proposer des améliorations concrètes.
  • Vous appréciez la collaboration avec différents interlocuteurs et savez communiquer de manière claire et professionnelle.
