Notre client est une jeune entreprise bruxelloise en pleine croissance, active dans le secteur des produits personnalisés de tout type pour les entreprises. Depuis sa création, elle s'est distinguée par une approche alliant design, qualité et engagement durable, avec une sélection rigoureuse de ses partenaires et de ses méthodes de production.

Elle accompagne une clientèle variée, des start-ups aux grandes organisations, en Belgique comme à l'international. Dans un environnement entrepreneurial, agile et résolument tourné vers la croissance, elle souhaite aujourd'hui structurer et renforcer sa fonction financière.

Dans ce cadre, elle recherche son/sa Chief Accountant bilingue.

  1. Compétences attendues

En lien direct avec la direction, vous êtes le/la garant(e) de la fiabilité des chiffres de l'entreprise :

  • Supervision et tenue de la comptabilité générale, clients et fournisseurs
  • Pilotage des clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles, jusqu'à l'établissement des comptes annuels
  • Gestion des déclarations TVA, y compris les opérations intracommunautaires et hors UE
  • Suivi de la trésorerie, des prévisions de cash-flow et des relations bancaires
  • Mise en place et amélioration des processus, des outils et des contrôles internes
  • Élaboration du reporting financier et des tableaux de bord pour la direction
  • Interlocuteur privilégié des auditeurs, du fiduciaire et de l'administration fiscale
  • Participation à la préparation des budgets et au suivi des marges
  1. Profil souhaité
  • Master ou bachelier en comptabilité, finance ou équivalent
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité, dont une partie en fiduciaire ou dans un rôle à responsabilité
  • Parfaitement bilingue français/anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit (le néerlandais est un atout)
  • Excellente maîtrise des normes comptables belges et de la TVA, y compris internationale
  • Expérience des logiciels comptables et à l'aise avec les outils digitaux (Excel avancé, Odoo, Exact, Yuki ou similaire)
  • Une expérience en scale-up, e-commerce ou environnement international est un plus
  • Autonomie, esprit structuré, proactivité et goût pour les environnements en croissance
