L'équipe Finance fonctionne dans un esprit de collaboration et de proximité, avec une volonté de faire évoluer les collaborateurs dans leurs responsabilités.

Votre fonction

En tant que Comptable AP/AR, vous serez dans un premier temps responsable du suivi quotidien des comptes clients et fournisseurs.

La particularité du poste ? Votre rôle ne se limitera pas à l'AP/AR. À mesure que vous gagnez en autonomie, vous serez progressivement formé et impliqué dans les clôtures mensuelles, avec l'objectif d'élargir votre périmètre vers davantage de comptabilité générale.

Vous travaillerez au sein d'une équipe restreinte et soudée, dans laquelle chacun joue un rôle important dans le bon fonctionnement du département Finance.

Vos responsabilités

  • Gérer l'encodage et le suivi des factures fournisseurs et clients ;
  • Assurer le suivi des paiements et des échéances ;
  • Effectuer les rappels et le suivi des créances ;
  • Réaliser les réconciliations des comptes ;
  • Participer aux opérations bancaires ;
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients, fournisseurs et équipes internes ;
  • Participer progressivement aux clôtures mensuelles ;
  • Prendre en charge de nouvelles responsabilités en comptabilité générale au fur et à mesure de votre évolution.

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d'une formation en comptabilité et d'environ 3 à 5 ans d'expérience ;
  • Vous avez une première expérience en AP/AR et souhaitez évoluer vers la comptabilité générale ;
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé et aimez travailler dans une structure à taille humaine ;
  • Vous êtes curieux et avez envie de développer progressivement vos compétences ;
  • Une bonne connaissance du français et du néerlandais est un prérequis.
