Vous avez une solide expérience en fiduciaire et êtes capable de prendre en charge des dossiers de manière autonome ? Vous recherchez une structure à taille humaine dans laquelle vous pourrez vous investir durablement, sans retrouver les contraintes d'un grand cabinet ?

Notre client est une fiduciaire familiale fondée il y a une vingtaine d'années. Aujourd'hui dirigée par deux administrateurs, elle compte près de 7 collaborateurs et accompagne environ 300 sociétés dans leur gestion comptable et fiscale.

Après avoir entièrement rénové ses bureaux et modernisé ses outils de travail, le cabinet souhaite aujourd'hui renforcer son équipe. L'objectif est double : accueillir de nouveaux clients et permettre aux associés de consacrer davantage de temps au conseil et à la relation client.

Pour accompagner cette croissance, ils recherchent un comptable expérimenté capable de gérer ses dossiers en toute autonomie et de devenir un véritable pilier de l'équipe.

Localisation : Wavre, Brabant Wallon

Vos responsabilités

Vous reprenez un portefeuille de sociétés variées et assurez leur suivi comptable et fiscal. Vous travaillez en collaboration directe avec les deux associés et les autres gestionnaires expérimentés.

Vos responsabilités comprennent notamment :

  • Assurer le suivi comptable des dossiers, de l'encodage à la clôture ;
  • Préparer et établir les déclarations TVA, ISOC et IPP ;
  • Réaliser les situations intermédiaires, les bilans et les comptes annuels ;
  • Contrôler les comptes et analyser les éventuelles incohérences ;
  • Assurer le suivi fiscal et administratif des sociétés de votre portefeuille ;
  • Être en contact direct avec les clients et répondre à leurs questions ;
  • Participer à l'intégration de nouveaux clients et à la reprise de leurs dossiers.

La maîtrise d'Odoo constitue un avantage particulièrement intéressant. Le cabinet souhaite notamment développer sa clientèle utilisant ce logiciel et pouvoir répartir ces dossiers entre plusieurs gestionnaires.

Le profil que nous recherchons

Le cabinet souhaite avant tout trouver une personne expérimentée, stable et capable de travailler avec une réelle autonomie.

  • Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée en fiduciaire ;
  • Vous maîtrisez la comptabilité belge et êtes capable de gérer des dossiers de A à Z ;
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les déclarations fiscales, les clôtures et l'établissement des bilans ;
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance d'Odoo ; une expérience de Horus constitue également un avantage ;
  • Vous êtes organisé, fiable et savez prendre des initiatives ;
  • Vous appréciez le contact client et êtes capable d'entretenir une relation de confiance avec votre portefeuille ;
