Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les différents interlocuteurs internes et bénéficierez d'une vision globale des opérations. Votre maîtrise du français et du néerlandais vous permettra de communiquer efficacement avec les équipes et de faciliter les échanges au quotidien.

Vos responsabilités

En tant que comptable, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la gestion comptable et le suivi financier de l'entreprise. Vous veillerez à la qualité des données et à la production d'informations fiables pour accompagner la prise de décision.

Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Gestion comptable quotidienne : assurer l'encodage et le contrôle des factures d'achat et de vente, suivre les opérations financières et veiller à la bonne imputation des écritures comptables.
  • Suivi des comptes : effectuer le lettrage des comptes clients et fournisseurs, contrôler les soldes et assurer le suivi des paiements ainsi que des éventuelles différences constatées.
  • Déclarations et clôtures : participer à la préparation des déclarations de TVA, aux clôtures périodiques et annuelles ainsi qu'à la préparation des documents nécessaires aux obligations comptables.
  • Reporting financier : préparer des rapports réguliers sur les résultats de l'activité, analyser les principales évolutions des chiffres et identifier les écarts éventuels par rapport aux périodes précédentes ou aux objectifs fixés.
  • Analyse et suivi des données : contribuer à la fiabilité des indicateurs financiers, contrôler la cohérence des informations comptables et fournir les données nécessaires au suivi de la performance de l'entreprise.
  • Collaboration interne : échanger avec les différents services afin de recueillir les informations utiles, résoudre les éventuelles anomalies et garantir une circulation efficace des données financières.

Votre profil

Vous êtes une personne rigoureuse, organisée et à l'aise avec les chiffres. Vous appréciez les environnements où votre travail a un impact concret et où vous pouvez prendre part au suivi financier d'une activité opérationnelle.

  • Formation : vous disposez d'un diplôme en comptabilité, en finance ou d'une formation équivalente acquise par l'expérience.
  • Expérience : vous avez une première expérience ou une expérience confirmée en comptabilité, selon votre niveau d'autonomie.
  • Compétences techniques : vous maîtrisez les bases de la comptabilité générale et comprenez les mécanismes de TVA, de clôture et de suivi des comptes. Une expérience en reporting financier constitue un atout.
  • Langues : vous maîtrisez le français et le néerlandais, indispensables pour communiquer efficacement avec vos interlocuteurs.
  • Qualités personnelles : vous êtes précis, fiable et autonome dans votre travail. Vous savez organiser vos priorités, respecter les échéances et travailler en équipe.
