Vous souhaitez rejoindre une entreprise où la Finance est en train de prendre une nouvelle dimension ? Notre client est une PME belge à taille humaine, active depuis plusieurs années dans un environnement commercial international.

L'entreprise conserve une culture familiale et des relations de travail directes, tout en entrant dans une nouvelle phase de développement de son département financier. L'arrivée récente de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central s'inscrit dans cette démarche : plusieurs projets sont actuellement menés afin de rendre les processus comptables plus efficaces et de réduire progressivement les tâches manuelles.

L'idée n'est donc pas simplement de renforcer l'équipe avec un comptable supplémentaire. L'entreprise recherche une personne qui souhaite évoluer avec le département Finance, participer à sa transformation et progressivement prendre davantage de responsabilités.

Votre fonction

Vous travaillerez directement avec le responsable comptable, qui vous accompagnera dans votre évolution.

Votre périmètre s'élargira progressivement, avec pour objectif de gérer à terme 3 sociétés en autonomie.

Vous participerez également aux clôtures et projets d'automatisation, visant à réduire l'encodage et développer davantage l'analyse financière.

Vos responsabilités

  • Prendre en charge les opérations comptables courantes et assurer leur exactitude ;
  • Traiter les documents comptables et assurer le suivi des flux financiers ;
  • Suivre les comptes bancaires et préparer les opérations de paiement ;
  • Contrôler les soldes et effectuer les réconciliations nécessaires ;
  • Assurer le suivi des clients et participer au processus de recouvrement ;
  • Préparer les informations nécessaires aux déclarations TVA ;
  • Participer aux travaux de clôture et aux écritures de régularisation ;
  • Contribuer à la préparation des dossiers destinés au partenaire fiscal externe ;
  • Prendre progressivement la responsabilité complète de trois entités du groupe ;
  • Participer à l'optimisation de Business Central et à la mise en place de nouvelles automatisations ;
  • Contribuer à la création d'outils d'analyse financière, notamment pour mieux comprendre les coûts et l'évolution des prix.

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bachelier en comptabilité et disposez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience ;
  • Vous avez déjà été impliqué dans une clôture comptable ;
  • Vous disposez de bonnes bases en comptabilité générale et souhaitez continuer à élargir votre champ de compétences ;
  • Une expérience avec Microsoft Business Central ou Navision est appréciée ;
  • Vous maîtrisez le français ; le néerlandais est un atout ;
  • Vous êtes autonome, structuré et aimez comprendre comment améliorer une manière de travailler ;
  • Vous êtes particulièrement intéressé par les outils digitaux, l'automatisation et l'IA appliquée à la Finance.
