Vous rejoindrez une organisation où la Finance joue un rôle essentiel dans le suivi de l'activité et où la collaboration entre les différents départements est importante. Votre fonction

En tant que Comptable Junior AP/AR, vous rejoignez l'équipe Finance et participez à la gestion quotidienne des comptes fournisseurs et clients.

Vous serez accompagné dans votre prise de fonction et développerez progressivement votre autonomie sur les différentes opérations comptables. Cette position constitue une belle opportunité de consolider vos compétences dans un environnement international et bilingue.

Vos responsabilités

  • Encoder et contrôler les factures fournisseurs et clients ;
  • Assurer le suivi des comptes fournisseurs et clients ;
  • Préparer les paiements et suivre les échéances ;
  • Effectuer les réconciliations et le lettrage des comptes ;
  • Assurer le suivi des créances et effectuer les rappels nécessaires ;
  • Participer aux opérations bancaires et aux tâches de clôture ;
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients, fournisseurs et collègues ;
  • Contribuer à la fiabilité des données comptables et à l'amélioration des processus.

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d'une formation en comptabilité et d'une première expérience en AP/AR ;
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et le néerlandais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
  • La connaissance de l'anglais constitue un réel avantage ;
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé et aimez travailler avec les chiffres ;
  • Vous êtes motivé à apprendre et à développer progressivement votre autonomie.
