Notre client est une PME familiale belge active dans un environnement international, avec plusieurs entités et une activité établie depuis plusieurs décennies. À taille humaine, l'entreprise combine stabilité, proximité avec la direction et une volonté claire de faire évoluer son département Finance.

Aujourd'hui, l'entreprise investit dans la digitalisation de ses processus comptables et vient notamment de migrer vers Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Plusieurs automatisations sont actuellement en cours de développement afin de réduire progressivement les tâches d'encodage et de libérer du temps pour des missions à plus forte valeur ajoutée.

L'objectif est donc de faire évoluer le poste avec vous : à mesure que vous gagnez en autonomie, vous prendrez progressivement la responsabilité complète de 3 entités, avec la possibilité de vous investir davantage dans l'analyse financière et l'amélioration des processus.

Votre fonction

Vous travaillez directement avec le Chef Comptable, qui vous accompagne dans votre montée en compétences et vous confie progressivement de nouvelles responsabilités.

Vous commencez par prendre en charge les opérations comptables quotidiennes et les clôtures, avant d'évoluer vers une gestion de plus en plus autonome de votre périmètre.

À terme, vous aurez la possibilité de gérer 3 entités de A à Z, tout en participant aux projets d'automatisation et au développement des analyses financières de l'entreprise.

Vos responsabilités

  • Assurer l'encodage et le suivi des factures fournisseurs ;
  • Gérer les opérations bancaires et préparer les paiements ;
  • Effectuer le suivi des créances et les rappels clients ;
  • Réaliser les réconciliations et le nettoyage des comptes ;
  • Préparer et déposer les déclarations TVA ;
  • Participer aux écritures de clôture : provisions, amortissements, variations de stock, charges à reporter, etc. ;
  • Participer à la préparation des dossiers de clôture destinés au partenaire fiscal ;
  • Évoluer progressivement vers la gestion autonome de 3 entités ;
  • Participer aux projets d'automatisation dans Business Central, notamment sur l'encodage, les banques et les amortissements ;
  • Contribuer au développement de nouvelles analyses financières, notamment autour des frais et de l'évolution des prix.

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d'un Bachelier en comptabilité et d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience ;
  • Vous avez déjà une première expérience dans la gestion d'une clôture comptable ;
  • Vous maîtrisez les fondamentaux de la comptabilité générale et êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome ;
  • Une expérience avec Business Central ou Navision constitue un sérieux avantage ;
  • Vous maîtrisez le français ; le néerlandais est un plus ;
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, autonome, curieux et avez une réelle appétence pour la digitalisation et l'amélioration des processus.
