Rejoignez une entreprise familiale belge en pleine évolution, active depuis plus de 30 ans dans le secteur de l'aménagement haut de gamme. Spécialisée dans la conception, la fabrication et l'installation pour des particuliers, elle accompagne ses clients de la conception à la réalisation de leur projet.

Avec une trentaine de collaborateurs répartis entre les bureaux et les ateliers, cette PME a su conserver une structure à taille humaine tout en développant une activité solide et diversifiée, y compris à l'international.

Dans le cadre du départ de la personne actuellement en fonction, l'entreprise recherche son prochain Comptable Senior, qui deviendra le référent comptable et administratif auprès de la direction.

Fonction

Vous occupez une fonction particulièrement autonome et variée, directement rattachée au CEO. Vous prenez en charge la comptabilité quotidienne de plusieurs entités belges et françaises, tout en assurant une partie de l'administration du personnel.

Vous serez le seul responsable de la comptabilité en interne et bénéficierez d'une réelle liberté dans l'organisation de votre travail. Vous pourrez compter sur une collaboration directe avec la direction, qui apprécie les profils proactifs capables d'anticiper et de proposer des solutions.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Assurer la comptabilité générale de plusieurs entités : encodage des achats et ventes, rapprochements bancaires et suivi des comptes.
  • Gérer les déclarations TVA mensuelles et trimestrielles, ainsi que les obligations liées à l'entité française.
  • Préparer les clôtures mensuelles et les éléments nécessaires à la clôture annuelle.
  • Assurer le suivi comptable analytique par chantier et analyser les dépenses et revenus associés.
  • Gérer les opérations administratives liées au personnel : suivi des pointages, transmission des données au secrétariat social et contrôle des fiches de paie.
  • Participer à différentes tâches administratives et assurer le suivi de certains aspects liés à la prévention.
  • Être l'interlocuteur privilégié de la direction pour les questions comptables et financières.

Profil recherché

  • Vous disposez d'une formation en comptabilité et d'une expérience confirmée d'au moins 5 années dans une fonction similaire.
  • Vous êtes capable de gérer une comptabilité générale en toute autonomie, de l'encodage jusqu'aux clôtures.
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et le néerlandais à un niveau professionnel : vous êtes capable de communiquer aisément dans les deux langues.
  • Vous êtes proactif, débrouillard et capable de prendre des initiatives sans devoir faire valider chaque étape.
  • Vous appréciez les environnements PME dans lesquels vous pouvez avoir une vision globale de l'activité.
  • Vous êtes à la recherche d'un projet stable dans lequel vous investir à long terme.

La connaissance de la TVA française, une expérience en administration du personnel ou un intérêt pour la prévention constituent des atouts. Une expérience en fiduciaire souhaitant évoluer vers une fonction en entreprise est également envisageable.
