Over de functie

Voor een middelgroot accountancykantoor met verschillende vestigingen, waaronder Roeselare, zijn we op zoek naar een dossierbeheerder A-Z die graag dicht bij de klant staat en dossiers van begin tot einde opvolgt.

Het kantoor telt in totaal ongeveer 45 medewerkers en biedt een brede dienstverlening aan ondernemers. Naast accountancy en fiscaliteit kunnen klanten er ook terecht voor juridisch advies en strategische begeleiding, dankzij de aanwezigheid van een eigen juridische afdeling.

Nieuwe medewerkers krijgen een peter of meter toegewezen die hen ondersteunt bij hun opstart en integratie. Daarnaast worden er ongeveer vier werkvergaderingen per jaar georganiseerd om informatie uit te wisselen en de samenwerking tussen collega's te versterken.

Ook aan de teamspirit wordt aandacht besteed. Zo worden er regelmatig informele activiteiten georganiseerd en kunnen medewerkers gebruikmaken van een padelabonnement, met onder meer een vast speelmoment op maandag.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je beheert zelfstandig een eigen klantenportefeuille van A tot Z.
  • Je staat in voor de verwerking en opvolging van boekhoudkundige dossiers en de voorbereiding en opmaak van periodieke en jaarlijkse afsluitingen.
  • Je verzorgt de fiscale verplichtingen en denkt actief mee over fiscale optimalisaties.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je klanten en bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties op.
  • Je adviseert ondernemers niet alleen over hun cijfers, maar denkt ook proactief mee over de evolutie en toekomst van hun onderneming.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en kunt, waar nodig, rekenen op de expertise van de juridische afdeling.
  • Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om kennis en ervaring te delen met collega's en mee te werken aan interne projecten en gezamenlijke afsluitingen.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je bent afgestudeerd als bachelor of master in Accountancy. Een bijkomende fiscale opleiding is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt idealiter ongeveer drie tot vijf jaar ervaring binnen een fiduciair kantoor of een consultancyomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een goede inhoudelijke kennis van boekhouding en fiscaliteit en kunt zelfstandig dossiers beheren.
  • Je bent klantgericht en vindt het belangrijk om ondernemers verder te helpen dan enkel de cijfers.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en pragmatisch en neemt initiatief wanneer je opportuniteiten of aandachtspunten opmerkt.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, discreet en professioneel in je contacten met klanten.
  • Je bent flexibel en vindt het prettig om voor verschillende klanten en ondernemingen te werken.
