Wij zijn op zoek naar een Senior Dossierbeheerder die zin heeft om mee te bouwen aan een jong en groeiend boekhoudkantoor met een stevige visie en een warme, collegiale sfeer.

Wat mag je verwachten?

  • Je komt terecht in een kantoor met een hands-on mentaliteit, waar leren door te doen centraal staat.
  • Het team in Linter bestaat momenteel uit 2 collega's, en we willen dat team versterken met iemand die weet van aanpakken.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's, overlegt vlot en hebt oog voor het grotere geheel.
  • Omdat we bewust een regionale speler blijven, behouden we onze menselijke aanpak - zowel naar klanten als naar collega's toe.

Wat je zal doen (en graag doet): Als Senior Dossierbeheerder neem je je dossiers van A tot Z in handen. Dat betekent:● Je beheert je eigen klantenportefeuille, voornamelijk kmo's uit de regio.● Je boekt aankoop-, verkoop- en financiële documenten in.● Je stelt tussentijdse balansen, jaarrekeningen en fiscale aangiftes (btw, PB, VenB) op.● Je denkt proactief mee met je klanten en begeleidt hen in hun cijfers en fiscale planning.● Je overlegt met collega's, begeleidt op termijn de nieuwe junior teamleden en denkt mee na over optimalisaties.● Je werkt met tools zoals Clearfacts, Adsolut en Silverfin - of je leert ze snel kennen.

Wie ben jij?● Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor.● Je hebt een graduaat, bachelor of master in een financiële of economische richting.● Je hebt al eerste ervaring met klantencontact en vindt het fijn om klanten echt te helpen.● Je bent niet bang om initiatief te nemen en springt bij waar nodig - je kijkt niet toe, je doet mee.● Je houdt van een familiale werksfeer en wil niet opgaan in de massa.
