Voor ons modern en dynamisch boekhoudkantoor in Ninove zijn we op zoek naar een Dossierbeheerder die ons team van 17 enthousiaste collega's komt versterken. Bij ons vind je de perfecte balans tussen ervaring en vernieuwing: een aantal collega's maakt al meer dan 20 jaar deel uit van het kantoor, terwijl jonge talenten zorgen voor frisse ideeën en een dynamische sfeer.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Dossierbeheerder krijg je de kans om stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen. Je werkt niet alleen aan cijfers, maar groeit ook uit tot een waardevolle sparringpartner voor onze klanten.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Het inboeken en verwerken van boekhoudkundige documenten
  • Het voorbereiden van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Het ondersteunen bij fiscale en administratieve dossiers
  • Het analyseren van financiële gegevens en signaleren van aandachtspunten
  • Op termijn actief deelnemen aan klantbesprekingen
  • Klanten begeleiden en adviseren bij hun financiële vraagstukken

Je krijgt hierbij de nodige begeleiding van ervaren collega's, zodat je jouw expertise verder kan ontwikkelen en doorgroeien binnen het kantoor.

Wie zoeken wij?

Je bent een gedreven professional die kwaliteit belangrijk vindt en graag samenwerkt in een collegiale omgeving.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring binnen een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands
  • Kennis van het Frans is een mooie troef
  • Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken
  • Een leergierige houding en zin om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen
  • Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en klantgerichtheid
