Al meer dan een eeuw is dit bedrijf een referentie in de distributie van technisch materieel voor landbouw, park & tuin en de openbare markt. Het is 100% in handen van de familie, financieel gezond en blijft groeien, onder meer door overnames van dealers en een nieuwbouw in de regio Mechelen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent de spil van de financiële afdeling en krijgt het vertrouwen en de vrijheid om die mee vorm te geven. Je stuurt de boekhouding aan van de Belgische hoofdvennootschap, een Nederlandse dochter en de familieholding.

  • Volledige boekhouding in BE GAAP en, voor de Nederlandse dochter, in NL GAAP
  • Maand- en jaarafsluiting, jaarrekening en voorbereiding van de vennootschapsbelasting
  • Consolidatie, die met elke overname uitdagender wordt
  • Kwartaalanalyses voor de Raad van Bestuur, thesauriebeheer en budgetten
  • Processen automatiseren en je ervaren team naar een volgende stap brengen

Je start met ongeveer 70% boekhouding en 30% controlling. Hoe sneller jij processen slimmer maakt, hoe meer ruimte er komt voor analyse en advies.

Wie ben jij?

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in boekhouding en accounting, liefst met meerdere entiteiten
  • Ervaring met jaarrekening en vennootschapsbelasting; consolidatie is een plus
  • Leidinggevende ervaring en een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Kennis van NL GAAP, of de bereidheid om je hierin bij te scholen
  • Een master, of een bachelor met een aanvullende opleiding in accountancy of fiscaliteit
  • Vlot Nederlands, een goede basis Frans en Engels, en sterk in Excel
  • Je woont in de regio Antwerpen-Mechelen
