Nous recherchons un Finance Manager bilingue français-néerlandais pour intégrer une entreprise reconnue dans son secteur, située dans la région de Bruxelles. Dans le cadre de son développement, cette structure souhaite renforcer son département financier avec un profil capable de prendre progressivement davantage de responsabilités et de devenir un véritable partenaire stratégique de la direction.

Vos responsabilités | Finance Manager

En tant que Finance Manager, vous jouerez un rôle central dans le pilotage financier de l'entreprise. Vous serez notamment chargé de :

  • Superviser et coordonner les activités financières et comptables de l'entreprise.
  • Assurer le suivi des clôtures mensuelles et annuelles ainsi que la fiabilité des données financières.
  • Analyser les résultats, les écarts budgétaires et les indicateurs de performance afin d'apporter une vision claire à la direction.
  • Participer à l'élaboration des budgets, des prévisions financières et des plans à moyen et long terme.
  • Développer et améliorer les outils de reporting et de contrôle de gestion.
  • Assurer le suivi de la trésorerie et anticiper les besoins financiers.
  • Identifier les axes d'amélioration des processus internes et contribuer à l'optimisation de la fonction financière.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec la direction et participer aux prises de décision stratégiques.

À terme, vous aurez l'opportunité d'élargir progressivement votre périmètre de responsabilités et d'évoluer vers une fonction de CFO.

Votre profil | Finance Manager

Nous recherchons une personne ambitieuse, disposant de solides bases techniques et souhaitant s'inscrire dans un projet professionnel à long terme.

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme en finance, comptabilité, gestion ou disposez d'une formation équivalente.
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins deux ans en audit au sein d'un Big Four.
  • Vous avez également développé une expérience ou de solides connaissances en contrôle de gestion (controlling).
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et le néerlandais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Vous disposez d'un bon esprit analytique et êtes à l'aise avec les chiffres.
  • Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, de proactivité et avez envie de prendre progressivement davantage de responsabilités.
  • Vous avez une réelle ambition d'évolution vers une fonction financière stratégique.
