Cette PME familiale bruxelloise est active dans le négoce de produits alimentaires frais. Elle approvisionne au quotidien des professionnels exigeants, comme des restaurateurs, des détaillants et des distributeurs, grâce à un savoir-faire transmis de génération en génération.

Dans un secteur où tout va vite et où la confiance des clients se gagne chaque jour, l'entreprise mise sur une organisation solide et une équipe soudée. Pour renforcer son pôle administratif, elle recherche un(e) GL Accountant bilingue.

  1. Ce que vous ferez

Vous êtes au cœur de la comptabilité de l'entreprise et vous travaillez en lien direct avec la direction et le comptable externe. Vos responsabilités :

  • Comptabilité générale : enregistrer et contrôler les opérations comptables, jusqu'aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles.
  • Fournisseurs : encoder les factures d'achat, y compris les achats intracommunautaires et internationaux, suivre les échéances et préparer les paiements.
  • Clients : facturer, suivre les encaissements et relancer les clients, ce qui est essentiel dans un secteur où les délais de paiement doivent être maîtrisés.
  • Stocks : contribuer au suivi et à la valorisation des stocks de produits périssables, en lien avec la logistique.
  • Réconciliations : réconcilier les comptes bancaires et les comptes de bilan.
  • TVA : préparer les déclarations TVA, les listings clients et les relevés intracommunautaires.
  • Clôture annuelle : préparer le dossier destiné au bureau comptable externe.
  1. Le profil que nous recherchons
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier en comptabilité ou équivalent.
  • Vous avez au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité générale, idéalement dans une PME, dans le commerce de gros ou dans l'agroalimentaire.
  • Vous parlez couramment le français et le néerlandais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Vous êtes polyvalent(e), pragmatique et à l'aise dans un environnement où les décisions se prennent vite.
  • Vous maîtrisez Excel et un logiciel comptable courant (Winbooks, Exact, BOB ou équivalent).
  • Vous êtes autonome, fiable et vous appréciez le contact direct avec les équipes opérationnelles.
